Diving in Alexandria

Diving in Alexandria can be very exciting; one can enjoy the first underwater museum of Cleopatra:

the old city of Alexandria. Its palaces, boats and more than 7000 archeological, Pharaonic and Greco-roman ruins such as statues and columns all lie under the sea.

Despite the fact that these ruins have remained 8 to 15 meters under water during, the antiquities have been naturally conserved; even their shapes and colors have suffered little erosion.
